My ADP Resource is a secure website (accessible at www.resource.adp.com) developed to meet your company's ongoing HR administrative needs. The layout is crisp, clean and easy to navigate, with quick links to the most commonly used tasks, supporting information and relevant forms. In addition to the payroll application, (described in our Payroll Processing and Tax Administration section), the following tools and features are accessible under the Administrative section of My ADP Resource:

  • New hire processing. Complete new hire paperwork in minutes and transmit employee information directly to the ADP payroll system. Upon completion of each new hire, the application generates a personalized New Employee Welcome Kit.


  • Employee maintenance. Make online updates to individual employees' personal information, employment status, W-4 information, direct deposit information and more.


  • Termination processing. Use this tool to process employee terminations and transmit the data securely to ADP payroll system.


  • Reports. Gain online access to current and historical payroll and related data. Accessible reports include:

The Employee Self-Service section of My ADP Resource gives employees access to tools that help them manage their job-related personal affairs. These tools are convenient, flexible and completely secure. (You may choose, in consultation with ADP Resource, to block employee access to certain features).

  • My Paycheck. Employees can view their current paycheck details, including gross and net pay, deductions, withholding and other pertinent information, as well as their paycheck history.


  • Update personal profile. The changes supported by this tool include marital status (will not affect W-4 filing status), home address and phone number, mailing address, work state (if different from home address state), email address and emergency contact information.


  • Update status. Employees can also make needed updates to their W-4 filing status, direct deposit information and state withholding (where applicable).


  • Employee perks. Employees can access a wide range of discounts on premium brand products and services - everything from electronics to entertainment.
