The ADP Resource solution includes all the necessary Section 125 administrative services. Features of this "Premium Only Plan" include:
- Implementation assistance. ADP Resource will assist you in implementing the Premium Only Plan to ensure complete integration with our payroll systems. We will supply you with materials you need for initial and open enrollment.
- Premium processing. ADP Resource will handle payroll deductions for employee premiums.
- Document preparation. ADP Resource will provide you with a Premium Only Plan document and Plan Summary.
- Plan testing. ADP Resource will perform interim and final non-discrimination testing.
- COBRA administration. ADP Resource will provide administrative notices for COBRA.
